Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Wedding Flow (the “Service”). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your venue or organisation.
If you are entering into these terms for a venue group, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Your workspace and users
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for the actions of the team members you invite.
Each user must have their own login. You should remove access promptly when a team member leaves.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed per venue in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your data
You own the enquiry, couple and wedding data you put into the Service. We process it only to provide and support the Service.
You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. After cancellation we retain data for 30 days, then delete it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited marketing, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to access another organisation's workspace.
We may suspend access where use threatens the security, integrity or availability of the Service for others.
6. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but the Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak wedding-season hours wherever possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or anticipated profit.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
